High intensity
Full-body HIIT
Intervals that use the whole body, built so the person next to you can go harder while you keep your form.

What it is
The hour, honestly.
HIIT here means full-body intervals: short bursts of work followed by short recoveries, using bodyweight and the equipment already on the floor. The point is effort, not complicated choreography.
The room moves together, but the intensity is yours to set. Every movement has a lower-impact version, and taking it does not mean sitting the class out.
Windows, not a timetable
This class runs inside the published class windows, and the line-up can vary by day. Call to confirm it is on when you plan to come.
The session
What the hour looks like.
Warm-up
A full-body primer gets the joints moving before the first hard interval. Use it to check which ranges feel good today.
Intervals
Work blocks alternate with short rests. The instructor calls the movement and the clock; you choose the version and the pace you can hold with clean form.
Finish and reset
The last block eases off, then the room stretches. Expect to leave sweaty, not wrecked.

Who it is for
It fits if…
- People who want a hard workout without learning a routine.
- Members who like working next to other people rather than alone with headphones.
- Anyone who wants to scale impact up or down without leaving the room.
Not sure whether it fits? Call the studio and describe what you want from the hour. That is a better question than a quiz.
FAQ
Questions, answered.
Is HIIT suitable for beginners?
The class is listed as all levels and every movement can be scaled. Start with the lower-impact option and a pace that lets you keep form, then add intensity over a few weeks.
What equipment is used?
The floor has step platforms, BOSU trainers, kettlebells and mats. The exact mix changes with the class; ask the instructor before class if you want to work around an injury.
Should I eat before class?
Something light and early enough to settle is usually easier than a full meal. If you are unsure, call the studio and ask what other members do for the window you are considering.
