Week planner
Plan a week you'll keep.
Choose a goal, a number of sessions and a preferred window. The planner uses only the class windows the studio actually publishes.
Real windows only

Ten available slots across six days: Monday–Thursday morning and evening, Friday morning and Saturday morning. Sunday is a rest day.
The planner
Sessions, not wishes.
Pick two to five sessions. The planner spreads them across the week instead of stacking them on Monday, and falls back to the closest available window when your preferred one is not offered.

Suggested focus only — class line-up varies by day. Call (760) 678-8193 to confirm before you come.
Read the fine print
A plan, not a promise.
The planner assigns a suggested focus to each session, rotating through the four real class types. It does not claim that a specific class runs at a specific time. The studio publishes windows, not a class-by-class timetable, and the line-up can vary by day.
The useful part is the shape of the week: which days, which window, how many sessions. Call the studio to confirm the class before the first one, then keep the days boring and repeatable.
There are ten real slots in the week, so a five-session plan is possible without inventing a Sunday class or a Friday evening.
The honest version
Consistency beats intensity.
Two sessions you keep are worth more than five you skip. Start with two or three, put them in the calendar, and add one only when the existing week feels automatic.

Pick the first day from your plan, call the studio to confirm the class, and treat the rest as a repeatable week rather than a challenge.
