Interval timer
Run the interval.
A big countdown, a phase label and a beep you can hear across the room. Use a preset or set your own work, rest, rounds and prepare.

The timer
Work, rest, repeat.

Custom settings
Beeps play when the phase changes. Keep the screen awake is requested where the browser supports it. This timer is a training aid, not a substitute for a coach.
Timer ready
Where it fits
Practise the rhythm.
The presets are training structures, not a claim about how any specific class is formatted. They are there so you can practise the work-to-rest rhythm at home, or run your own session in a park or garage.
In class, the instructor calls the clock. Use the same scaling rules: choose a version of each movement you can repeat with clean form, and use the rest as part of the workout rather than cutting it short.
This timer is a training aid, not medical advice. Stop if something hurts and ask a coach about anything that does not feel right.
Train with the room
The timer is solo. The class is not.
If you want the energy of other people and someone calling the clock, come to a class. Call first to confirm the window.
